Shadow Triggers:

Pay attention to situations, events, or people that trigger strong emotional reactions in you.
These triggers often point to aspects of your shadow that need exploration. Instead of avoiding
or reacting impulsively, take the time to reflect on why certain situations elicit such responses
and what they reveal about your hidden aspects.
Remember that engaging in shadow work can be a deeply personal and introspective process.
It’s important to approach it with patience, self-compassion, and a willingness to face the
uncomfortable parts of yourself. If at any point the process becomes overwhelming, it’s
advisable to seek support from a mental health professional.

Spiritual Energy Healing for Indigos

These techniques were shared with me from our guides from the blue realm in a download. And
I have used them and shared them with indigos. It is really rather simple but let me just give you
a bit of background.

I had been ruminating about a situation that I had with another person. Over and over again in
my thoughts I was thinking about this situation (Overthinking) I just didn’t see why this person
was acting the way they were acting with me.
I heard that I was being triggered because I had created a false hidden self at some point in my
present lifetime or it could have been my past life time that I was viewing this situation from and
I needed to dissolve that self.
I was like huh? What the what now?
Imagine trying to drink clean water out of a cup that hasn’t been washed in the last 20 years?

Your Lower Self is Actually Your Helper

We all have a lower self within us. Our lower self is an actual living entity who incarnated with us
on our journey to earth. Its current location within our physical bodies without any energetic
clearing or healing, is in our lower chakra area somewhere between our sacral and solar plexus
chakra. Its original and natural placement should be between our solar plexus and heart chakra.
But lifetime after lifetime it has been weighed down with false hidden selves we’ve created out
of negative emotions, thoughts and feelings which brought our lower self to an unnatural
energetic state and placement.
